In addition to comprehensive repairs of entire machines, we also carry out partial mechanical repairs of selected components. After a failure or qualification of a subassembly for repair and transfer it to our factory, it goes a similar path as the machine for general overhaul (disassembly, washing, verification, regeneration, reassembly). For partial refurbishment, we accept, among others: spindles, headstock, dressing units, guide assemblies, supports, feed boxes, feeders, loading assemblies and measuring assemblies. The valuation of repair costs depends on the degree of wear of individual parts, which is why the offer is presented after verification of consumption (also possible with the participation of a customer representative).
