We manufacture custom machine parts for the needs of our projects, as well as for clients' orders - based on the technical documentation entrusted to us, or the documentation prepared by our construction department based on documentations or guidelines from the client.
The technology used in the making of our parts for machines is developed by a team of experienced specialists who also prepare a quote for business queries from clients. The technical control department monitors the quality control of our production, which checks the quality of products at subsequent stages of their production, and also issues quality certificates at the request of the customer.
Our machine park has an area of 6000 m2 and is equipped with over one hundred machines. We carry out numerous machining processes. Including: turning, milling, boring, drilling, threading, chiselling, surface grinding, round grinding, hole grinding, coordinate grinding. We also provide laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, welding, soldering and EDM services.
We specialize in the production of parts that require many operations and treatments, including machining: heat, thermo-chemical, surface treatment.
Thanks to our years of experience, we can produce parts using the implementation of hardening, thermal improvement, stabilization, annealing, nitriding, carburizing, chromium plating, zinc plating, blackening, phosphatizing, hard anodizing, DLC, WCCo, TiN, PVD, CVD coating, grinding of abrasion-resistant coatings and many others.
