Laser cutting and sheet metal bending
We provide laser cutting services on a Prima Power Platino 1530 laser with a working area of 3050x1525x150mm, positioning accuracy up to 0.03mm and an axis speed of 100 m/min.
Maximum cutting thicknesses:
- Black steel – 15mm
- Stainless steel – 8mm
- Aluminium – 5mm
In addition, we offer a sheet metal bending service on a Prima Power EP 1030 press brake
with excellent accuracy and repeatability of the bending die and a measuring system based on linear encoders measuring the position of the upper and lower die.
Maximum bending thickness:
- Black steel – 8mm
- Stainless steel – 6mm
- Aluminium – 3mm
