We carry out comprehensive mechanical repairs, including replacement of control, creation of a new control program and restarting of the machine. We also carry out smaller works aimed at modernizing one or several machine assemblies.
For our regular customers, we also carry out machine safety audits, carry out risk analyzes and adapt devices to the essential or minimum safety requirements. After this operation, the customer receives workplace instructions, electrical and pneumatic diagrams as well as the EC declaration of conformity and the CE plate.
We also make all necessary modifications to the mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics necessary to secure the machine. We carry out comprehensive construction of machinery with covers, taking into account the operator's safety and ergonomics.
